​PROCESSING TIME

10-12 business days, 

NO WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS! Please do not email about your wig being shipped if it has not been through the full processing time.

SHIPPING TIME

ALL ORDERS MUST GO THROUGH A PROCESSING TIME THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING.

​PLEASE ALLOW 12-24hrs FOR TRACKING NUMBERS TO UPDATE.

PERFECTLY LAID IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. 

ONCE TRACKING NUMBER IS CREATED AND UPDATED BY CARRIER, PERFECTLY LAID HAS NO CONTROL ON THE SPEED OF DELIVERY. 

YOU WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT CARRIER TO CHANGE/UPDATE ANY DELIVERY INFORMATION (pick up from local post office, change to signature delivery)

ADDRESSES & NAMES CAN NOT BE CHANGED ONCED THE TRACKING LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED & ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

​REFUNDS

Due to the nature of this industry we are not accepting NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.  HOWEVER, if PERFECTLY LAID LLC is at  fault (sent wrong wig, color, length) EXCHANGES and/or WIG CREDIT will be provided. 

PLEASE READ ALL WIG DESCRIPTIONS FULLY AND EMAIL ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER. 

Upon delivery of package, if you notice anything wrong due to our own fault please email us ASAP to: support@perfectlylaid.com 

​With your order #, name, phone number, address it was shipped to, tracking number and your issue. At that point we will try our best to accommodate you ASAP.

​Units must be mailed out NO LATER 7days after delivery and must be UNALTERED!
